Workshops “First Aid mountain” and “Running barefoot on rough terrain”

New workshops on March 28, from 13.30 to 14.30, for enrolled in CIMA2015. Will be taught by Maria Antonia Nerín, the Spanish Society of Medicine and Relief Mountain (SEMAM) and Emilio Sáez, author of “The Adventure of running barefoot.”

The Spanish Society of Medicine and Relief Mountain (SEMAM) practically address the immobilization of traumatic injuries to the material usually carry a mountain activity (mass media circumstances or fortune) as well as the preparation of a basic kit for a day of activity. The workshop will be taught by Dr. Maria Antonia Nerín and is sponsored by the Spanish Society of Medicine and Relief Mountain (SEMAM).
Running barefoot is an awareness of how to move naturally by the world making substantial improvements in running technique. This approach, contrary to what one might think, you can go for any type of surface with a progressive adaptation. It is an enriching experience in which the runner moves in harmony with their physical capabilities and variable terrain features. When running barefoot develop a natural exercise that strengthens legs and feet as well as being a completely different physical activity. This workshop will be taught by Emilio Sáez Soro, author of “The Adventure of running barefoot.”
